Hi Joan,
Congratulations on the new name for a fabulous doggy residence. I shall have to remember to change the name of my verbal recommendations – it certainly is a truly appropriate name for a fantastic holiday home for “fur kids”!!
During the past year I have had the pleasure of boarding my three dogs four times and my latest addition once – two of them are “special needs” dogs – one a blind diabetic, the second an arthritic elderly spaniel the third a happy pug.
Joan and Judy have been amazing giving insulin, medication and fantastic care to these animals – I know they are looked after as well as they are at home. My fourth dog, a young small terrier is a real handful and she too is really spoilt and so happy at “holiday camp”.
I will be going away again in May and know that my four will really receive ‘TLC’ from Joan and her team – when we board our dogs there we know that we can travel with true peace of mind knowing they will receive amazing care and love.

Dear Joan,
TLC Doggy Hotel is a home away from home for my two dachshunds, Zina and Grace.
I have been taking them to this Doggy Hotel for many years now and have always been so pleased with the friendly and top-class service I’ve been given.
I will not take them anywhere else! What I love about TLC Doggy Hotel is that Joan, the owner, as well as her staff are such dog lovers. They all go out of their way to ensure that my dogs get love and attention throughout the day.
They are fed high-quality food and always have friends to play with. I am updated on a regular basis as to how Zina and Grace are doing and sent beautiful photographs (thanks to Chelsey) of them too.
Should the slightest problem arise, I am called straight away. I never have to worry when I’m away as I know that Zina and Grace are in the best hands ever.
Staying at TLC Doggy Hotel is like a holiday for them. I know that they feel so comfortable and loved while I’m away.
When I fetch Zina and Grace they are always well-groomed and happy.
Thank you Joan, Chelsey and the rest of your team for all you do for my special dogs.

The facilities at TLC are top notch and cater to all requirements including a flat with furniture for the spoilt indoor pets that love to live on the bed or couch.

There is no need to explore any other Pooch Boarding kennels – Joan from TLC & her staff will take care of your Fur babies as if they were their own!
The facilities @ TLC are truly exceptional…grassed & immaculately maintained!
We experienced Joan & her staff’s passion for Pooches 12 years ago for the first time…& subsequent to that our Fur babies have been regular guests of Joan & TLC!
In closing, we realized just how REMARKABLE Joan & her staff are when we were contemplating immigration…our Malamute, Hutch & our Siberian Husky, Diva were boarders for an extended period of time – 3.5 months to be exact & TLC was SIMPLY FANTASTIC!
It’s WONDERFUL to be able to leave your Fur babies in the care of people that ACTUALLY DO CARE!

Dear Joan,
I have been boarding my precious four legged human at TLC for three years. We go away several times a year and it is a huge comfort knowing that Layla is safe, loved and well cared for.
Joan and her exceptional team go the extra mile and beyond. Layla is medicated and I know that attention is given to ensuring that there us no interruption of that.
We get photographs of her, usually on a daily basis if we are in range of signal. Joan is also very quick to call my vet if she is worried.
Layla loves being there and when she is being dropped off, has already scrambled to the corner of the door to get out.
I highly recommend TLC and would like to take this opportunity to remind the team of my immense gratitude for their great service.

Dear Joan,
I have always been fortunate in knowing that I could safely bring my dogs to TLC for a holiday.
I started by bringing my first dog “Bungy” (11 years ago) and he has always and still gets very excited when he knows he is going on holiday.
A few years later I went to collect him at TLC and there was a Golden Retriever “Benji” who needed a home – so guess what he went home with me. Now I had two dogs who loved being taken here.
It so happened a few years later I adopted another dog “Amadeus” and now there was 3 who would visit their favourite holiday home.
I have always been able to go away with the knowledge that they would be well looked after, loved and spend time in a luxury kennel.
I have many friends who I have recommended they take their fur babies there and we always compare how happy our babies are when they have to stay there.
I have also had such excellent support and help when my one dog had to be kept still for 6 weeks, after an operation.
The TLC doggy hotel was so helpful in keeping him there and helping with the rehab that he needed. I would never have been able to do what they did for him.
I would highly recommend the TLC Doggy Hotel to anyone who needs to have the secure knowledge that their doggy will be cared for.

We started using the services of Joan and her team at TLC Doggy Hotel some 17 years ago.
